PROFLEX™ PDVA-7337 series HD/SD SDI/ASI distribution amplifiers provide the four output copies of the input signal of the HD/SD SDI/ASI standards.
PDVA-7337 modules occupy one slot in the PROFLEX™ rack, up to four modules fit into a 1U rack, up to seventeen modues fit into a 3U rack.

General description
After the automatic cable equalization stage, the input signal is reclocked and provided at the outputs. The copy of the reclocked signal is then processed to detect the standard, to monitor the EDH/CRC status. In the case of the SD SDI input signal, the PAL/NTSC monitor output is made available.
Controls and indicators
All the buttons and indicators are located on the frontal panel of PDVA-7337
The controls:
- AUTO – the input signal standard autodetection ON
- FORCE – the input signal standard manual selection
- RESET EDH – EDH/CRC error counter reset
The indicators:
- LOSS – lit when an input signal is lost
- EDH DET – lit when the valid EDH packets are detected in the input signal
- EDH MIN/HOUR – lit when the EDH/CRC error was detected within the last minute/hour interval
- AUTO, ASI, SDI, HD/INV – lit to display the input signal's standard and/or status
The remote control and management from a PC
All the PROFLEX™ modules are remote controllable from a PC. This facility is available if a rack is fitted with a CPU module (ordered separately).
