PROFLINK™ provides easy way to communicate a large number of 3G/HD/SD SDI or DVB-ASI signals. Up to 28 channels of E/O and/or O/E in a 1U rack.
Features
- Up to 28 channels of electric-to-optic/optic-to-electric converters
- Two types of modules:
- 3G/HD/SD SDI reclockers covering all I/O configuration options:
- single-channel acting as RX, TX or transponder
- dual-channel acting as 2-RX, 2-TX
- DVB-ASI "smart" changeover featuring any combination of electrical or optical inputs and outputs
- Modules are auto-configurable by an inserted hot-swappable SFP/eSFP
- Optional built-in 4/8-ch CWDM MUX/DEMUX with upgrade port
- SNMP monitoring facility
- Local/remote monitoring of input and output optical power, laser wavelength
- Monitoring of power consumption, PSU temperature and PSU fan status
- Per-slot display of a channel's functionality on rack's CPU graphical screen
- Hot-swappable SFPs and reclocker modules
- Built-in main and redundant PSU (220 VAC)
